Hi, I’m Megan—an Art Director, Designer, and Brand Ambassador with a passion for bold, disruptive creativity. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, where I also competed on the lacrosse team.

My career began in Baltimore, MD, where I became the second female designer on a brand marketing team—a role that shaped my drive to break barriers and think differently. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led and collaborated on a wide range of projects, spanning print, digital, video, social, events, web, intranet platforms, and beyond.

What drives me most is collaboration. I thrive on working with diverse teams and brands, bringing big ideas to life through creative campaigns. As a mentor and peer, I believe in building strong, supportive relationships that inspire and elevate design teams.

At the core, I love the challenge of creating work that not only stands out—but makes a lasting impact.
